Your Thoughts Can Frame Your Reality

Deepak Chopra is on Larry King this evening July 21, 2010. I highly recommend watching this show. As we all know Deepak Chopra is a leading authority in the field of mind-body healing. Also, a best-selling author, and the founder of the Chopra Center for Well-being. He never fails to deliver inspiration that reaches all demographics. As a motivational speaker, my key elements are based on creating the right mind set. It has the power to change our reality. Our thoughts are POWERFUL things. Your mind is like a hard drive of a computer. Just like a computer it is important to check up on its programing. Like removing viruses or corrupt programs, we need to remove Negativity.

Negativity is counterproductive. It creates a mindset which works against us, instead of for us. You can live a more positive and fulfilled life by removing three simple words from your daily vocabulary—really.

Are you aware that the words you think and say can predetermine your results? No, Not, and Don’t are the most frequently used negative words in the vocabulary. It’s even reported that a person uses those words as often as 300 to 350 times a day! Focus on consciously eliminating those words and replacing them with positive words. Send a red flag to your subconscious every time you think or say those words.

Then reword your thought or phrase in a positive way. Stop yourself and make these changes to your vocabulary, correcting yourself immediately. You do have the power and your thoughts can frame your reality.
