Your Thoughts Can Frame Your Reality

Deepak Chopra is on Larry King this evening July 21, 2010. I highly recommend watching this show. As we all know Deepak Chopra is a leading authority in the field of mind-body healing. Also, a best-selling author, and the founder of the Chopra Center for Well-being. He never fails to deliver inspiration that reaches all demographics. As a motivational speaker, my key elements are based on creating the right mind set. It has the power to change our reality. Our thoughts are POWERFUL things. Your mind is like a hard drive of a computer. Just like a computer it is important to check up on its programing. Like removing viruses or corrupt programs, we need to remove Negativity.

Negativity is counterproductive. It creates a mindset which works against us, instead of for us. You can live a more positive and fulfilled life by removing three simple words from your daily vocabulary—really.

Are you aware that the words you think and say can predetermine your results? No, Not, and Don’t are the most frequently used negative words in the vocabulary. It’s even reported that a person uses those words as often as 300 to 350 times a day! Focus on consciously eliminating those words and replacing them with positive words. Send a red flag to your subconscious every time you think or say those words.

Then reword your thought or phrase in a positive way. Stop yourself and make these changes to your vocabulary, correcting yourself immediately. You do have the power and your thoughts can frame your reality.

“Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt.”
--William Shakespeare

“Every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent success.” --Napoleon Hill

Personal Empowerment

Hold Yourself Accountable

Many of my corporate entertainment programs lead into motivational keynote speeches and seminars. This is an empowerment technique that I use often for personal and professional motivation. You are responsible for the foods you eat and the decisions you make. You are also responsible for your thoughts. If you’re stressed or suffer from a lack of motivation, hold yourself accountable and make a conscious effort to reduce your stress levels, while feeding your mind with new thoughts that can change your outlook and your life.

Makeover Questions

When was the last time you took an intentional vacation from stress? When was the last time you took responsibility for your thoughts and used them to create positive changes?

Subconscious Coach Tip

Your subconscious mind is your greatest tool toward creating balance, focus, and fulfillment. By choosing the thoughts and experiences you feed your mind, you have the amazing ability to change the way you think and how you experience your life. No matter what service you are in, empowering your mind is an important element in your success. To enhance your performance and abilities, reducing stress and guiding your mind with the right suggestions is crucial to personal and professional empowerment. The best part is that anyone can do it, even if you’re stressed, busy, or overwhelmed. The benefits are immediate—in four short minutes, you’ll feel as relaxed and refreshed as if you’ve had a two-hour power nap. Give yourself four minutes today to relax, reduce stress, and create a clear pathway for success.

Subconscious Exercise

Find a quiet place where you can sit and relax. Close your eyes and imagine a calm, peaceful place. Breathe in, slowly and deeply, envisioning yourself in this place, free from stress, schedules, and worries. Now exhale fully, cleansing your body of outside chatter and pressures. Continue breathing, becoming increasingly relaxed with each breath. Feel yourself fall further and further into a deep, relaxing state. Once you’re fully relaxed, feed your subconscious with new and empowering thoughts and affirmations which are aligned with your goals. I am free of stress. I am confident and committed to achieving my goals. I am free of distractions and have control of my thoughts. Whatever your goals are, affirm and believe them during this state of deep relaxation.

After four minutes, slowly open your eyes, letting your breathing return to normal. You’ll feel relaxed, refreshed and energized. Your subconscious will start to use the suggestions you placed in your mind to create the change you want. You’ll see results the first time, but as you repeat your four-minute vacation of the mind over time, it will become more effective, and so will you.
Stress can lead to a variety of health, performance, and emotional issues. Stress can produce headaches, illness, depression, stomach issues, and sleeping problems. It can also lessen productivity and affect your immune system. Reducing stress is not an occasional luxury afforded to a few—it’s a necessity accessible to everyone. My NEW Reducing Stress CD is enhanced to guide you through the incredible experience of total relaxation. Empower Your Team at Your Next Corporate Event, Sales Meeting, Convention, and Conference

We live in a busy world of dwindling resources, and time is one of them. But what if I told you that in two short minutes, I can show you how to reduce stress and increase your productivity? You can, if you stop what you’re doing right now and let me show you how two minutes can change the way you think and help you to change your world.

Hi, I’m Ricky Kalmon. I’m an author, hypnotist, motivational speaker and personal empowerment coach. Give me two minutes and I’ll give you the greatest return on your investment by showing you the art of self hypnosis. It is just that simple and don’t take the simplicity for granted . Everyday, we learn from the news, friends or at the office that these are difficult times. Usually the stress and tension which result from uncertain times, pressures, deadlines, and other demands are the most frequent topics to follow. With so much on our plate, how can we cope with this frustration and uncertainty?

Never before has it been so important to overcome the challenges before us, which is why I want to provide you with a two minute technique which will empower you with the ability to reduce stress whenever you need to.

I’ve been speaking and performing at corporate events around the world for over two decades. I’ve found that most individuals already know how to reduce and eliminate stress, however… They actually WIN TO FAIL. That’s right... they win at failing!!! Their own subconscious mind creates the outcome before they even start! They make promises to themselves they don’t keep and convince themselves that things aren’t possible. “I’ll relax later. I’ll get to it when I’m finished.” When in fact, they should stop what they’re doing the minute they have the thought or need a break.

When we're not living consciously, our subconscious mind rules our lives according to how it has been programmed. It’s working 24/7. While it accepts instructions from the conscious mind, it also checks on old inner programming and executes according to the strongest messages.

The subconscious mind acts on beliefs which have been stored from the day you were born. You’ve accepted many of those beliefs without thinking about them. Others you absorbed when you were too young to choose differently. Many of the beliefs that govern your life may no longer match what you now hold or want to be true.

Nonetheless, the subconscious mind is in charge until you rewrite the scripts. Put some effort into getting your subconscious to act on your positive, conscious intentions instead of your old limiting, unconscious beliefs and your life can change dramatically.

Isn’t it time you revisited your subconscious mind and reveal what it holds? Is it working for you, or against you? Your subconscious mind can be your most powerful friend, but it can also be your worst enemy. What do you want it to be?

If you’ve got two minutes to spare, I can spare you from unnecessary stress and help you make your subconscious mind your greatest asset—even in uncertain times. At corporate events, sales meeting, conventions and conferences there is a common goal. Offer your team ways to empower themselves. My motivational keynote programs offer just that.
